Who we are

Dwayne Nathan Jack Ltd is registered in England and Wales, company number 15792821, and is the data controller for information collected through this website. Contact: mastermind@dwaynenathanjack.com.

What we collect

When you use the contact form we collect your name, email address, the organisation you name (optional), the capacity you are enquiring in, and your message. The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which processes a token and your IP address to distinguish people from automated traffic.

Why and on what basis

We use these details to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to arrange an initial conversation. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests: responding to a request you have made. If we go on to work together, a separate engagement agreement will govern how we handle your information.

Who receives it

Enquiries are delivered by email using Resend and hosted on Cloudflare infrastructure. We do not sell your information or share it with anyone else, except where the law requires.

Retention

Enquiry emails are kept for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and are deleted within twelve months if no engagement follows.

Your rights

You may ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to our processing. Email mastermind@dwaynenathanjack.com. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Cloudflare Turnstile may set a short-lived cookie strictly necessary to complete the security check on the contact page.
